Closing date for on time applications: 31 October 2021 (12 noon)

Exceptional circumstances: 22 November 2021 - last date for exceptional circumstances to be taken into account for on time applications

Closing date for late applications: 18 March 2022

Log onto the Citizens Portal to find out your School Offer. You don't need to wait for your offer email to find which school you have been offered.

If you haven't been offered your first preference school you will have automatically been added to your higher preference school/s waiting list.
Don't refuse the school you have been offered. You have time to think about the school offer and to get advice from the school admissions team. School places are very limited, if you refuse your school place you may not be offered anything closer.
If you have been offered a school place in your second preference or below and are happy with your school offer, you must contact the Newcastle Council school admissions team in writing/email if you no longer want to be considered for your higher preference schools. If you don't and you are offered a higher preference school during the waiting list process, they will automatically remove your current school offer and offer the higher preference; even if you have accepted the school place.
