Our school is one of six primary and secondary schools within the NEAT Academy Trust family of schools. We have a national research school, which aims to build and strengthen networks of schools throughout the region and help them access effective education research and implement it in everyday practice.


Benfield School is a fully inclusive 11-18 school it has a distinct ethos with strong sense of support and loyalty. Excellent relationships between students and staff and a purposeful learning environment is evident in lessons and around the modernised site. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and committed individual to join us. The role will involve working with children, parents, carers, staff and other professionals to deliver a wide range of school administrative duties.


Working as part of a supportive and close knit admin team, key areas of strength will be the ability to build relationships, prioritise workload and organisational skills. Good communication and exceptional customer service are also essential. Dealing with first aid is also a regular part of the role.


The successful candidate must have relevant experience of working in a similar environment or be able to offer evidence of the ability to succeed in this role.
