Behaviour Management System IRIS
The behaviour management system at Benfield School is known as IRIS.
The IRIS system allows teachers to log concerns and rewards for pupils on an internet database. You are therefore able to monitor your child’s behaviour incidents and rewards and you will also be notified about incidents via text alerts.
You can access your account at any time, day or night, to keep up to date with your child’s behaviour in school, as follows:
1) Via the internet type in: https://portal.iris.ac or follow the link on the school’s website at the top of the home page. You will need to enter your username and password. The school reception will provide you with these details in the first instance
2) You can opt to change your Username and/or Password, in the account settings to something more recognisable To start receiving text alerts you must also enter your mobile telephone number.
Please note that your username and password are unique to you and will allow only you to access information regarding your child/children.
If you have any questions regarding IRIS, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
If you receive and IRIS alert and would like to discuss, please contact your child's Year Leader.
